Free Shipping on All Orders
Darkroom Controls offers free shipping on all orders, both domestic and international. There are no delivery charges added at checkout.
Delivery Methods
Orders are dispatched via Royal Mail or UPS, depending on the destination and size of the order. Delivery will take place as soon as reasonably possible after your order is confirmed. Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances. Please note that delivery times do not include weekends and bank holidays.
International Orders
We ship worldwide. However, international deliveries involve additional considerations around VAT, customs duties, and Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) arrangements that vary by country.
International customers are asked to contact us before placing an order so we can confirm the best shipping arrangement and ensure there are no unexpected charges on arrival.
Please note that import duties and taxes applied by the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before purchasing.
Delivery Address
You are required to provide a complete and accurate delivery address, including the name of the recipient. We are not liable for the delivery of goods to the wrong address or wrong person as a result of inaccurate or incomplete information provided at checkout.
Dispatch Times
All products are made to order or held in small stock quantities. We aim to dispatch orders within 3–5 working days. If there is likely to be a delay, we will contact you by email as soon as possible.
